Store Policies

We want all of your experiences with us to be positive, affirming, and fulfilling. If for any reason you are unhappy with your experience or one of our products, please see the policies below, so that we can address any concerns immediately:

  1. Return Policy: It is our goal to create unique, one of a kind products with care and intenetion, as such each item may be different from the next due to its handmade nature. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of purchase of your item for a refund of the purchase price only; the customer is responsible for all shipping charges--these charges are non-refundable. All returns must arrive in the condition that they were recieved in and PigPigmentation is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process. Please note that ALL original fine artwork, including monoprints, monotypes, sigils, prayer flags, and custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  2. Club, Party,Workshop, or Class Refunds: Our classes and in-person events are where our passions lie and we hope that you will leave feeling inspired and even a bit warm and fuzzy, but if for any reason you have a differing experience, we hope that you will contact us with your concerns and we can address them right away. We know that life happens and as much as you may be looking forward to one of our in-person events, you may be unable to attend after paying your downpayment of 50%, unfortunately we purchase supplies and materials and schedule these events based on your RSVP and we can NOT refund your downpayment RSVP fee. Should you have to leave an event early for any reason, you will be sorey missed, but we also will be unable to refund any part of your fee.
  3. Shipping Policy: We know you are eager to recieve your new PigPigmentation treasures and we are just as eager to get them to you; please allow a minimum of 2 business days for the processing of your items, plus 7 business days for shipping purchases made within the US (longer for those items shipping to other countries). We will send you a confirmation email when your item has shipped via USPS and all items include tracking for peace of mind; handling costs include shipping materials and tracking fees. PigPigmentation is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process and we encourage all of our customers to purchase insurance for their purchases.
  4. Privacy Policy: We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, sign up for a workshop, class, party, or club, answer a survey, win a contest or prize or make a purchase through our store. You may be asked to enter your email address, mailing address, phone number, or paypal information, but only when it is needed to contact you for business purposes or arrange for delivery of merchandise or prizes, and it is completely voluntary that you do so. We will NEVER provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone nuber, or financial information to anyone for any reason, in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later. Please note that if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list you may do so by responding to our latest email with the phrase "Unsubscribe," and we will remove you from our mailing list and delete your email from our records.
